Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of this competition is Alu-Cab Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Alu-Cab").
  2. This competition is a legitimate promotional competition and is not associated with any government or national lottery.
  3. The competition is open to Australian residents only and entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of Alu-Cab, its subsidiaries, agents, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  4. No purchase is required to enter. To qualify, entrants must complete all required entry steps, including subscribing to the Alu-Cab newsletter.
  5. The competition opens on 12 June 2026 and closes at midnight on 14 June 2026. Any late submissions will not be considered, however Alu-Cab reserves the right to extend the period of the closing date.
  6. The winner will be selected by means of a random draw conducted by Alu-Cab. The judges’ decision is final in respect of the outcome of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
  7. The winner will be contacted no later than 16 June 2026. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours to claim his/her prize, a replacement winner will be randomly selected.
  8. The prize consists of a voucher to the value of $1000.00, redeemable only for Alu-Cab products purchased via https://alu-cab.com.au/ The voucher is valid until 31 December 2026 from date of issue; is non-transferable; may not be exchanged for cash; and must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Shipping fees may apply.
  9. By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their name for winner announcement and/or marketing purposes, and to the processing of their personal information in accordance with Alu-Cab’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
  10. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Alu-Cab reserves the rights to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions. Alu-Cab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, without prior notice, and to the extent permitted by law, provided that such amendments do not materially prejudice participants.
